Shipping & Returning

Shipping & Returning for EU coutries depend on the weight of your order. The costs are mostly between 10-15 Euro.
Please contact us (webshop@degiergitaarbouw.nl) for the exact shippingcosts or just place your order and wait for the final calculation.

Payments

You can pay either with paypal or by bank (using the international banknumbers IBAN and BIC).

Returns

We offer you full moneyback guarantee except for the shippingcosts. Product must be returned within 8 days of delivery in its original condition, packaging and labels. The goods must be undamaged and in saleable condition for a refund to be given.
