Shipping & Returning

Shipping to EU-countries is mostly 15 Euro.
Please contact us (webshop@degiergitaarbouw.nl) for the exact shippingcosts or just place your order and wait for the final calculation.

Payments

You can pay either with paypal or by bank (using the international banknumbers IBAN and BIC).
Please choose your payingmethod while you are ordering.
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation-email with the final calculation and paymentinstructions. When you have chosen paypal, we will send you a paypalrequest.
We will ship your order within 2 workingdays after we have received your payment.

Returns

We offer you full moneyback guarantee except for the shippingcosts. Product must be returned within 8 days of delivery in its original condition, packaging and labels. The goods must be undamaged and in saleable condition for a refund to be given.
